In today’s real estate market, it’s possible to automate almost the entire home buying process with hardly a human laying a hand on it as you go. Add to that the competition among real estate agents is higher than ever, with some companies competing on price and reduced services. If you want to compete against this, you must demonstrate your value. Here’s how to show your clients what it means to be a full service agent.

Answer Your Phone

That’s it, and this one is the easiest. The number one consumer complaint about real estate agents is their lack of responsiveness. If you can just be there when people need you, you will already be doing more than many agents out there.

Create The Important Relationships

As you already know, it takes many different kinds of people to make a real estate transaction happen: agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, etc. So create a group of go-to team members, build great relationships with them, and bring them into your client relationships right from the start.
Delegate

You’re not good at everything, so hire help for things you stink at or don’t like. If you don’t have a great eye for staging, hire a professional to help you. Don’t have time to chase down documentation at town hall? Hire someone by the hour to run it down for you so you can spend your valuable time with your customers.

In the end, most consumers really appreciate the attention and care that a full servce agent offers, and they are willing to pay for it. Thinking of joining a team of full service realtors?
