Having grown up in Hoboken alongside my three sisters, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the town through its diverse educational landscape—attending charter, public, and private schools. This foundation has allowed me to build lasting relationships with young professionals, long-standing business owners, and community organizations working to make Hoboken an even better place to live.

For the past ten years, I’ve been a dedicated Realtor with The Jill Biggs Group, which my mother and I lead. Our team of 65 agents, based in Hoboken and Jersey City, serves 500–600 families annually across Hudson County. Recently, we launched a commercial division focused on supporting small businesses—both those looking to expand and new ventures that bring more diversity, convenience, and opportunity to our community. I am also hoping to join the board of the Hoboken Library to further contribute to the town I love.

Seven years ago, I moved to Jersey City Heights, where my family has heavily invested and all relocated. This transition has deepened my connection to the neighborhood and its evolving landscape. I began my career as a high-end buyer’s agent, specializing in off-market and pre-construction luxury brownstone and ground-up new construction sales in Hoboken, Downtown Jersey City, and Jersey City Heights. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include multifamily investment opportunities throughout Jersey City’s rapidly developing neighborhoods. Today, I spend much of my time helping past clients and experienced buyers scale, offload, and expand their portfolios—whether it’s guiding developers through planning and design for ground-up new builds, gut renovations, and condo conversions or assisting 1031 tax exchange buyers and sellers in repositioning their assets.

In addition to working with clients, I take pride in mentoring and training our new agents—instilling in them the importance of working with a moral compass while maintaining the hustle, deal-finding mentality, and sharp negotiation and sales techniques that define success in this industry.

I’ve been lucky to have my hard work recognized on a national level—earning a spot on Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 and being named a Rising Star by Tom Ferry. It’s a huge honor and a reflection of my passion for real estate, my clients’ success, and constantly pushing the industry forward.
